MORE MEN COME OUT LONDON, July 23. Strikers marching from London, reached Tilbury as the dock workers were signing on, and persuaded several hundred to join, the strike. : Work consequently was stopped on two Now Zealand boats, two P. and O. liners, two Clan liners, and several smaller vessels. Those marching returned to London, leaving pickets. NEGOTIATIONS WITH EMPLOYERS. OLD LEADERS EXPELLED. (Received July 24 at 8.50 p.m.) LONDON, July 23. Following on the dockers’ repudiation of their leaders, the Unofficial Strike Committee have decided to negotiate direct with the employers. It is officially intimated that the leaders expelled no longer speak on behalf of the strikers.
