A. message states that Lord Curzon, on behalf of his three daughters bv bis first wife, has joined Lady Hyde (of Suffolk and Berkshire) in a suit alleging mismanagement by Joseph Letter and Mrs Colin Campbell ef the late Levi Leiter’s estate. He was a Chicago millionaire and left his wealth to the first Lady Curzon. Lady Hyde, Mrs Campbell, and Joseph Leiter, his four children, naming the last two as eo-trustees. Disputes between the heirs have existed for yeais, finally resulting in a law suit asking for the removal of tho co-trustees LONDON, May 9. The New Zealand loan was ever-sub-scribed. LONDON. May 9. Earl Kintrre has been appointed a Knight of the Thistle Mrs Aldina Brodrick, Lord Middleton’s sister, has b°en hunger-striking for twelve days in Dublin.
