BREAD PRICE.
HALF-PENNY REDUCTION. WELLINGTON, October 13. In the House of Representatives the Hon. W. Nosworthy announced that a reduction in the price of bread would take place in the South Island on October 30th, and in the North Island on November 6th. The reduction, hw said, would amount to id ca the 21b loaf and id on the 41b loaf. To enable this to bo done, flour would bo reduced to £l5 10s a ton.
