DAIRY EXRORT.
WELLINGTON, October 12. London merchants’ representatives interviewed to-day in regard in dairy export, said that control was not in the - best interests of the country as making for the restriction of trade. H was an open question how the British retail section of the provision, trade would regard the undoubted effort 1” antagonise it. Tooley Street opposed absolutely the proposed bill, and this was the significant feature up to the present. It was dangerous to entrust twenty millions worth of produce to a board of nine men.
