ITALY BREAKS HER PLEDGES [A. and N.Z. Cable Association.] LONDON, October 11. The “.Morning Post’s’’ Rome correspondent states that Signor Schanzer has denounced the agreement with M. Venizelos in regard to the Aegean Islands. Italy now considers herself freed from the pledges regarding the restitution of the islands to Greece, in view of the impossibility of the latter fulfilling her undertakings regarding compensations due to Italy.
