The President of the Court commented severely on the attempt made tn kill Guenther, one of the accused, by sending him poisoned sweets. I . Guenther, when cross examined, caused a sensation in the court, wuen he admitted that he had been in correspondence with General Ludendorff and Herr Helflerich for two years.
