THE WEATHER.
WELLINGTON, July 20. Tho forecast is that present indications are for strong east to south-east winds, and cold and unsettled weather. Rain is probable generally, and snow in the high country of the South Island. The barometer falling in the north, but will be rising everywhere after about ten hours.
