WELLINGTON, July 17. The forecast is that present indicattions are for northerly to westerly winds, increasing strong to gale, especially southwards of Now Plymouth and Castle Point. The weather will be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following generally, but fair and. warmer for a time in the east coast districts. The barometer falling everywhere.
