CHARGE OF THEFT.
AUCKLAND, July 17. George Mack, who pleaded not guilty and reserved his defence, was committed for trial on a. charge of breaking and entering the premises of J. Kershaw, Ltd., Pitt Street, and stealing tobacco and cigarettes valued at £lO.
