NEW STYLE OF SHUFFLE NEEDED. .LONDON. July 13. Three hundred members of the House of Commons have signed a motion, which will be debated on Mondav, requiring the Government to appoint a Committee of Seven .M.P.’s to join with a committee of the House of Lords to consider the pres‘nt method of submitting the names oi persons for honours for consideration of the King, ami to report what changes are desirable in order to secure that such honours slml! only be given as a reward for public services.
