ALLEGED CONSPIRACY. LONDON, July 7. Jerome Kearns, a horse trainer, was remanded at Bow Street on a charge of conspiring with Gerard Riviere to obtain a passport to enable Riviere to abscond from England in December, after his committal for trial on the charge of swindling for which he was recently sentenced. The Police gave evidence that Kearns visited Cook’s tourist office, and filled in an application form in the name of George Gordon, bearing fict it ions address. <
