OMOTO NOTES.
— (Our Own Correspondent.) Mr .1. Medians!, of the Greymouth Brewery staff, Ims taken up his residence at Omoto. Mrs Cameron, sear, of Kaiata_, who had the -misfortune to injure her arm some time ago is now progressing tavourably. The Kaiata School ('ommittce, with characteristic thoroughness, have now secured the site for their new school. The site is an excellent one, and is situated between the road, and the rail way, opposite the Omoto J’aeeeourse, be inp formerly owned try the late Mr W Jacobs. Mr It. L. Hill of Barrytown has been spending the week-end with his friends At the last meeting of the Kaiata Ratepayers' Association, it was decided to invite the County Chairman (Mr .1. Hannan') to attend the next meet ing, so as to enable him to see some of the improvements that are urgently needed on the road. Mr Alee Muir, of Kaiata, has been appointed a Director for the new Dairy Factory at Crouadun.
