CHINESE SITUATION.
SUN YAT SEN CALLS TUNE. (Received Julv 7, 10.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 6. Messages from Canton report that Chen Chung Ming has asked Dr Sun Yat Sen, to head a delegation from the eight southern Chinese provinces to discuss their rights at Peking. Dr Sun Ynt Sen has refused, unless he is restored to the southern presidency. He also has demanded that Chen punish his military commanders who drove him from Canton.
