EMPIRE PROPAGANDA.
A PLAN FOR SCHOOLS BOYS. SYDNEY, June 27. Major Belcher has issued a memorandum setting out particulars for the proposals to send contingents of school boys from the Dominions to the Empire Exhibition in 1924. He estimates that the approximate cost per head would be £lOO, provided the Commonwealth and States bore the cost of transport. He suggests that the contingent should consist of 250, selected from the States on a pro rata basis.
