EMIGRANTS’ VOCABULARY. BRISBANE, June 8. A telegram from Townsville announces the arrival of 273 more immigrants from Italy—the great majority of them hieing young men. Most of the newcomers, adds the message, could only say the word “Work”— perhaps the one word in all the world that Australia needs to hear to-day.
