LONDON CELEBRATIONS. LONDON, Juno 24. A demonstration was held at Hyde Park to celebrate the third anniversary of the signing of the Covenant of the League of Nations. Lord Robert .Ceeil, Mr G. Barnes, Lady Astor and Mrs Winteringham and other members of the House of Commons with Mrs Phillip Snowden and others delivered addresses from 10 platforms. Mr Lloyd George, referring to Germany’s admission to the League of Nations, said: 1 want Germany there, and if the proposal is put before the League Council, the British Government wil. vote her admission.
