GETS FOUR MONTHS. The man Davis convicted of cocaine smuggling has been sentenced to four months’ imprisonment, with fines amo-• unting to £6O. Davis’s defence plead- U ed lie was travelling in Germany for 1 the benefit of his health, and mot some 1 men who suggested he could cover tho expenses of the journey by smuggling 93 bottles of cocaine. Ho foolishly agreed, but stated he was not a member of the gang regularly trading in cocaine.
