ANOTHER FRENCH TREATY.
CAIRO, June 5. According to an unconfirmed report the French have concluded a tier.tv with Sultan Nejd, whereby the latter will be provided with war material, if attacked by Hedjaz, Mesopotamia or Transjordania. The Sultane agrees to oppose in every way the formation of an Arab confederation under Britain’s aegis, and to assist France if Syria it attacked.
