A CORRECTION.

Professor Atkinson. editor of “Stead’s Review,’’ is not connected in any way with the W.E.A. movement nt the present time. The Australian W.E.A. is very definite in disassociating themselves with Professor Atkinson. It. is generally understood that when he took, over the editorship of “Stead’s Review,’’ he was making a graceful exit from the W.E.A. movement. Rumours are current in Australia that Professor Atkinson has been financed into ‘‘Stead’s Review” by Lord Northeliffe, who arranged this when in Australia. It is certain that since he took control the policy of the paper has changed. Tin' present W.E.A. committee are desirous of having it made clear that Professor Atkinson is not connected with the W.E.A. either iu New Zealland or Australia.
