TRAMWAYMEN’S WAGES.
MEN ASK FOR INCREASE. MELBOURNE, May 29. The Melbourne tramway employees are submitting a log to the Arbitration Court, asking for increases of upwards of 50 per cent. A weekly wage of £7 12/6 is bring asked for the drivers and the conductors.
