INDEMNITY COMMISSION.
PARIS, May 23. It is believed that the Reparations Commission, after a discussion with the German Finance Minister, is reaching an agreement upon the reparations upon the basis of Germany stopping printing I paper money, balancing the budget, and permitting a certain supervision of her finances.
