CALIFORNIA AND THE JAPS.
SAN IRANCISCO, May 21. The United States Circuit Court of Appeal has decided the Californian Alien I.and Law, prohibiting the holding of land by Japanese is constitu tional, and in no manner violates the provisions of the Jajeinese-l nited States Treaty.
