Reports from Buenos Aires state that some South American promoters are willing to subscribe a I urse of SIMI.IMH) dollars (£100.ODD) for a match between Firpo and Demps-ey in South America. Firpo is extremely popular in Argentine. It was considered likely that had Tracey beaten Brennan he would have had an opportunity ot a male'll with Dempsey, either direct Ivor by first deleating Firpo. At Boston, Harry Grey, knocked out Al. Roberts in the sixth round.
