“REFORMING” PANDEMIC. SYDNEY, May 17. Sir G. W. Fuller, referring to the recent reiterated request, by the City Council for a Royal Commission to inquire into civic affairs, states that ii. is impracticable to appoint one for an inquiry over the whole period of 17 years, but he will acquiesce if a specific period is stated.
