AUSTRALASIAN QUOTA SUGGESTED. LONDON, April 1. Tn the House of C ominous, Mr Orms-by-Gore, in a question, suggested that the British Government should consider the desirability of providing that any future Allied garrisons at Gallipoli should include Australian troops. Mr A. Chamberlain, in reply, said the Government recognised Australia ami New Zealand’s special interest in Gallipoli, but it would be premature to consider any detailed arrangements until such time us the proposed Near East Treaty was actually signed and ratified.
