NEW TAXES MAY ALTER THINGS. (Received April 2 at 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, March 31. Owing to the extra taxation by the Paris Poor Law aut'liorities, the combined restaurants threaten to dismiss their orchcstas, thus ending Parisian night life.
