OBJECTS TO POLITICAL MOVES. ■ (Reed. March 31, at 7.5 p.m.) PARIS, March 30. 1 The French Cabinet have lengthily ! discussed the Genoa Conference question. According to “Lr Matin,’’ the Cabinet completely agreed on the attitude to be adopted by France, namely, one of co-operation in European reconstruction, but opposing any surprise introduction of political questions, such as the recognition of the Soviet, or any purely inter-Allied questions, like that ! of the reparation’s; I REPARATIONS QUESTION. I (Recd. March 31, at 10.30 p.m.) PARIS. March 30. | M. Dubois (Chairman of the Reparations Commission), in a speech, declared that Germany can and must pay the reparations. If necessary, the Al- j lies must resort to force.
