INCOME TAX FRAUD.
(Rec. January 17, a f 55 p]n j LONDON, January 16. The income tax case (cabled on November 14), Concerning Forde Patullo, and Wilkie, is concluded. The first named two pleaded guilty. The ' jury found Forde guilty, but strong- I ly recommended him to mercy. Potullo was fined £5500, Forde £lOOO, and Wilkie The men are to be imprisoned till the fines are paid.
