FRENCH MINISTRY’S POLICY.
(Received January 17, 10 p.mTl - PARIS, January 16. M. Sarraut has accepted the Colonial portfolio in the French Ministry. M. Poincare held the first Cabinet Council to-day. Later the Premier had a long conversation with Lord Curzon covering the Genoa Economic Conference, and the proposed new Belgian and French Paets with Britain, also reparations and questions appertaining to the Near East. It is understood M. Poincare demands that each question shall be considered separately.
