TEENTHAM TRACK WORK. WELLINGTON, Jan 17. The weather was tine for training work at Trentham this morning. All work was done on the outside course proper. Doucement sprinted four furlongs in 50secs. Egotism and Vespucci covered a mile in 1.44. Dainty Step and Halifax got to the end of a mile in 1.43. Makere and Whipping Boy took 1.15 2-5 for six furlongs. Mouton’s Gift covered four furlongs Astinome beat Reset over six furlongs in 1.16. Kilrush and Lapaloma covered a mile in 1.43 3-5. Farceur and Pluto covered half a mile in 50sees. Sunny Corner, Ares and Rugby finished in that order over five furlongs in 1.5. Gloaming sprinted half a mile in 49 Capping Day took 51 2-ssces for half a mile. Purple Spur covered seven furlongs in 1.33. Solfanello and Blackmail took 1.17 for six furlongs. Callaghan covered nine furlongs in Mountain Peer rattled off half a mile in 49sccs. Backsheesh beat Bonnie Nurse over four furlongs in 49 4-ssecs.
