ANGLO-BELGIAN PACT.
BRITAIN’S PROMISE OF HELP. (Rec. January 16, at 5.5 p.m.) CANNES, January 15. The amended form of the AngloBelgian Pact provides that in the event of a direct unprovoked attack on Belgian territory, Britain shall immediately come to Belgium’s aid with all her naval, military and aerial forces. Belgium undertakes to employ all j her military and aerial forces in defending her frontiers, and not to con- » elude any agreemnt that is incompatible with the Pact.
