OUTRAGES ON LAWYERS. FOR DEFENDING I.W.W. MEMBERS. NEW YORK, Jan 14. A telegram from Shreviport (Louisiana) states that Harold Mulks, attorney for two alleged I.W.W.’s recently convicted of vagrancy charges was kidnapped by two masked men from the porch of his hotel, and driven in an automobile to the outskirts of_the town where he was unmercifully flogged, and put on a train leaving the State. Ho arrived at Dallas (Texas) where he went to a hospital for treatment. Another lawyer, named Carney, received similar treatment last week because he defended I.W.W.
