SERBIA* AND BULGARIA

It is reported from Belgrade, that the Serbian Government has ordered a suspension of communications wi|h Bulgaria, owing to a refusal by the latter to carry out certain clauses in the Treaty of Ncuilly, regarding the Jugo-Slavs. It is being asserted that Bulgaria still maintains a regular army of forty thousand, and that, moreover, Bulgaria is not. fulfilling her undertakings regarding a delivery of coal to Serbia.
