(Rec. November 14. 5.5. p.m.) WASHINGTON, November 13. Then Senate rejected the Democratic Senators petition to limit the Treaty debate, the voting being 44 to 36.
An amendment adding a provisio that the United States should asstime the obligations imposed by Article Ten, towards Poland, C^echo-slovakiii, and Jugoslavs, for five years Avas defeated by 44 to 32.
