SEDITIOUS LEAFLETS.
- PRINTER IN COURT. WELLINGTON. May 2. William Craig was charged at the Magistrate's Court, with printing leaflets without giving his imprint anct. address thereon. The charges arose out of the recent ease in which' William Parker of Wellington, was sentenced to 12 months for circulating ..seditious leaflets. Defendant was lined x5 on each of three charges. The Magistrate said, that in view of the circumstance that the leaflets were printed at Craig's works without his knowledge'}, he would be prepared to remit part, of the line if the matter was referred back to him . by the Minister of Justice.
