The "Rheinisch Wostfaclisch Zcitung" states: A British squadron, under Admiral Browning, arrived afc Wil-he-'mshaven on the 4th of December. Owing to fog.it anchored oi Schilling in the roadstead.
Admiral Browning sent a wireless message, refusing to negotiate with the Soldiers' and Workers' Council at Wilhe'mshavcn.
