RAPIDLY INCREASING,

PETROGRAD, December 5 The Bolsheviks have ordered a general mobilisation for military training. It is estimated that next summer they will have an army of from 3,000,000 to 4,000,000.

Mr Doseh Fleurot, in a message from Berlin states:-:-' ' l interviewed Boiischilo, German Consul-general at Moscow, who said tt. would ritrt take -much, to overthrow the Bolsheviks. ■ He pointed out that a reign of terror was still being carried on, and said that the Bolsheviks were planning a blood4er and more terrible war than the one just ended, and that even if overthrown, the Bolsheviks had tremendqus funds -which he thought they would employ to spread their propanganda ideas throughout . the world.
