(Rec. October 12. S p.m.) AMSTERDAM. October 11. The leading Gei'man newspaper^ deal guardealv with ihe mutiny. The "Vossische Zeitung" considers that the affair was very regrettable but regards the manner of the revelation as an important Goverivment • coup, in view of the outcry against the Government's pre-war propag-an-da and anarchy in the navy. The "Berliner Taffeblatt" deplors the disclosure of this profoundly sad naval Sragredv in the midst of a po litical struggle and hopes that the Keichstag will hand over to justice the Independent feocialisi leadens if they are proved guilty. The "Vorwaeits" in an article entitled "Michaelis's End" censuses the Chancellor for dishing up the re* vok 1 without proving the allegations against the Independent Socialists.
