THE IRISH QUESTION.
MAY BE DISCUSSED 03ST MONDAY (Reuter's Telegrams.) (Rec. May 16, 8,10 p.m.) LONDON, M,ay 15. There is the strictest privacy in the House of Commons. Mr. Bonar Law announced that Mr. Lloyd George had sent a communication to the Irish parties, which would reach them tomorrow indicating that the Government proposals would be discussed on Monday, if necessary. Mr. J. Devlin asked why the Government had not declared its intentions in the House of Commons. Mr. Bonar Law said tnat the Government was doing is best to effect a settlement. The communication to the leaders was not confidential.
