(Ree. February 5, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, February 4. M. Hoover says that Belgian relief 1 rnnspevtation lias been temporarily suspended. The situation may be most serious for the .Belgians but M.Hoover is hopeful that operations will shortly be resumed.
