Massey and Sir Joseph \\ard endorsed the Rt. Hon. Walter' Long's statement concerning Germnn Colonies. They agree that Ne\y Zealand will never give back j Samoa. Nevertheless they express anxiety lest Germany in playing off the Allies against each other in the peace negotiations secure an agitation from Little . Englanders for the return of the colonies.
