LEVY ON BUCHAREST.
TAX ON PAPER MONEY.
(Rcc. December 21, 8.55 p.m.). LONDON. December 21: It is reported that the Germans have levied £4.000 000 on Bucharest and have oi'dered that Roumanian paper n.onoy shall bear the German stamp, Avhich will amount to 35 per cent, face value. Germany has promised full civic and political liberties to the Jews.
