(Received"" April 13, 11. 55 P.m.) v tt . PARIS, April 13. A communique states: Our artillery wrecked' trenches west of Parvillies. Between the Somme and the Oise we exploded four mines. At Fille Morte, Haute Ohevanchee and Vauquois we occupied the southern tops of two craters. A violent and continuous bombardment of Hill 304, Ernes and Morthomme continues and .moderate artillery fighting east of- the Meuse.
