STORMY SCENES. BERLIN, April 12. Despite severe censoring, the facts of Saturday's debate in the' Reichstag are leaking out. It transpires fchat when Dr Liebknecht was speaking a number of Deputies became greatly ex- j cited and demanded his expulsion. They approached Dr Liebknecht menacingly. A Deputy mounted tho Tribune and tore the. documents 011'; of Dr Liebknecht's hand. The Socialist recovered and restored the document, but the President indignantly refused to hear Dr. Liebknecht further. Dr. Liebknecht refused to quit the Chamber. Several Progressives tried to drag him outside. The scene lasted several minutes until the President closed the sitting. As a sequel on Monday, the Vorwarts states, Herr Ledebour denounced the brutal treatment of Dr. Liehknecht, also the censoring of the sessions minutes. There was a great xiproar and shouts of traitor. The President refused to allow of the of the debate and adjourned -the sitting.
