ACUTE CRISIS AT ATHENS.
GERMANY GIVES GREECE NO GUARANTEE. ATHENS, December 25. It is reported that Austrian artillery are approaching Greece. Heretofore Germany has not given Greece the desirftd guarantees concerning an incursion by Bulgars, hence the statement attributed to Germany that Salonika will- be rcaehed on the -lath January has created an acute crisis at Athens.
