GERMAN HUMANITY LEAGUE.
AN OUTSPOKEN MANIFEhiO. ROTTERDAM, December 24. A German Humanity League in a Christmas manifesto appeals to the Ger mans to end the war. It adds :—Today the German name is strong against civilisation, and the German flag hatbecome a badge of infamy. Our chivalry is buried in every village and the graveplqts in Flanders. Germany must restre her character and win back her honour which, she has forfeited by barbarous cruelty and insatiable lust. Napoleon failed and the Kaiser must fail. There. will be no peace until he is deposed from the throne which he has fouled and his fellow conspirators meet their fate at the hands of the cxc entkmers."
