TURKISH CLAIMS. LONDON, December 23. Official. — -The Dardanelles casuallies to November 11th were 112,921. A Turkish communique states : «ur artillery on the Anatolian coast and ! stra|ts successfully bombarded the landing places at Tikkeburnu. We sank near Tikke a small ammunition vessel. We found in one sector cleared of the enemy provisions sufficient for' an entire army corps for a long time, 1,000,000 sandbags, 1,000 tents, 500 blankets, 4000 stretchers, and one mortar,: also near Oghinedere many mortar bombs hidden in the ground. Our artillery near Kut-el-amara (in Mesopotamia) sank two monitors and caused an explosion on a third.
