A Challenge Trophy valued at £3 3s, donated by the West Coast Centre of the New Zealand Athletic and Cycling Union, will be presented to the school gaining the highest aggregate 'Of points in the various events. First counts S points; second 2 points; third, 1 point. For boys under 10 years, under 12 years, under 14 years attending as specified in the various events. The birthday of the year mentioend must not have been passed at the date of running, otherwise those competing over age will be disqualified. Trophies will be given for the various individual events. This event is open to all boys attending schools on the West Coast who are under the age of 15 years on the date of running.
