OFFICIAL REPORT
The High Commissioner reports as follows : — In the region of Riga the Germans seized the village of Kirsch and are advancing to the region of Mitau. The Russian 1 aviators bombed Mitau and Grossekau. hi Pripet the successes brilliantly developed and many prisoners were taken. By a swift blow at Novoselkay the enemy was driven to flight. •
