TWO STIRRING MESSAGES. j (Re.cd. 7.40 p.m.) ' LONDON, October 20. Mr A. J. Balfour, in a Trafalgar Day message to the Navy League, said that Germanys aim was world' domination. Against thHs the British Fleet, since the Elizabethan times, had been the surest and most effectual protection. Mr Winston Churchill said: We are stronger than ever. We have begun to adapt ourselves to war conditions in this hazardous struggle. There are vast expenses and hard privations before us, but let us be of courage for all's well with the Fleet."
